GOOD BOOKS

These are books I recommend if you are really serious about taking back your masculinity and changing your life.

No More Mr. Nice Guy – by Robert Glover

This book completely changed my mindset.  It is the first book I recommend, especially to any struggling “nice guys”.  This book is literally the definition of “saving masculinity”.  Society has become largely anti-men, especially with the advent of third wave feminism.  This book challenges that view and teaches you thats it’s “ok to be a guy”.

Models: Attract Women through honesty – by Mark Manson

This book is the second thing I want to recommend you read, preferably right after “No More Mr. Nice Guy” (A reference to that book is even made towards the end of this book).  This will also really change your mindset and help you to reclaim your masculinity.  I can’t express in words how much I really like this book.  It doesn’t rely on “PUA” tricks and ACTUALLY teaches how to become a desirable man to women without canned lines or routines.  Highly recommended

The Millionaire Fastlane – by MJ DeMarco

Now this is the best book on being an entrepreneur I have ever read.  Hands down.  It changes your mindset about money and challenges the normal 9-5 social view.  You will learn valuable lessons in this book that will stick with you for a long time.

The Way of the Superior Man – by David Deida

This is a great book that tackles embracing your masculinity and appreciating feminine energy.  It’s very philosophical, it almost reads like the author got stoned and opened up his mind to put some really interesting ideas onto paper.  It’s a very deep read and it is the kind of book that will get you to really understand the masculine and the feminine, their differences, and how to embrace both.

GOOD SUPPLEMENTS

Zinc

I don’t know the science behind why it works, but it does. If you’re getting enough zinc from your diet, you may not even deem this a necessary inclusion.  However, this stuff is the most important supplement on this list.  It raises your sperm count, increases vitality, and rapidly boosts your immune system.  I don’t get sick anymore.  I did catch a pretty nasty cold during a small period when I WAS NOT TAKING Zinc, however.  Take that for what it’s worth.

Pygeum Bark Powder

This is really good for the prostate, and really activates the cowpers gland (responsible for pre-cum).  A great way to up your masculinity is to have a healthier prostate and a full ball sack.  Pygeum fits the the bill for that.

Lecithin

This will have you shooting across the room.  It will make your balls feel really full.  This stuff really puts “led in the pencil”, if you catch my drift.  It also has plenty of other benefits besides heating things up in the bedroom.

L-Arginine

Strengthens your erections, and possibly makes you last longer as well.  L-Arginine also has great muscle building and fat burning benefits.  It’s a great supplement for bodybuilders trying to stay lean and get their six pack to show.  Not only is it great for working out, but it will make your erections feel like they were carved out of marble.

Fish Oil

Great for your body in general, this stuff is amazing.  There are so many benefits and Fish Oil helps prevent diseases such as cancer (Sharks don’t get cancer) and maintains a great heart.  If you want to really increase your life span this is a great supplement on the list.  Contrary to popular belief, some fats are actually good for you.

Creatine

Creatine is basically legal steroids.  Like L-Arginine, Creatine helps you workout more efficiently, maintain muscle, build muscle, lose fat, and stay energized.  Researched, tested, and used for decades now, Creatine is a surefire way to help get you ripped, as long as you practice good form.

BCAA

Used before endurance training, the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) leucine, isoleucine and valine can help spare muscle. Used after strength training, they help kick-start protein synthesis which plays an important role in muscle building.

Whey Protein Powder

Delicious and creamy, put this stuff into your shakes before/after a workout for a boost in recovery and muscle building.  Helps you get some calories and protein in.  Protein is the most important thing for building muscle.  If you don’t get enough protein from food sources or just want to be sure you’re getting enough, this may be something to look into getting.

Muscle Milk

Perhaps you would rather drink a pre-made protein shake without having to mix it yourself.  Something quick, something easy, something really tasty.  I have to recommend Muscle Milk.  It is really good, and definitely helps you build and maintain muscle, with nice recoveries.  It’s my favorite protein shake.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Face Wash Pink Grapefruit Foaming Scrub

The only acne product that ever really worked for me.  Seriously.  This is the one that actually did the trick.  I used to have terrible bacne, but this cleared it all up within a month.  Thanks ex-girlfriend for showing me this stuff in the shower when I was 23.  Now I know which acne product to stick with, thanks to her.
